Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yep! COD is available for all serviceable pincodes. Just order, sit back, and pay when your package arrives!

How do I request a return or exchange?

• Head to our Return & Exchange page and submit your request.

• Fill in the required details and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.

• Follow the instructions, and we’ll take it from there!

Make sure to place your request within 5 days of delivery. Our courier partner will pick it up in 2-3 working days, and once we receive the item, we’ll confirm your request.

Important: The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags won’t be accepted!

Are there any extra charges for returns?

Yes, returns aren’t free. We charge ₹100 per item as a return handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

How do I know my size?

To find your perfect fit, just check out our size chart on each product page. It includes measurements for your bust, waist, hips, and more. Simply compare your measurements with the chart, and you’ll know exactly which size to go for!

Can I use the coupon more than once?

Nah, our coupons are a one-time deal to keep it fair for everyone. This way, we can keep dropping fresh promos and bring you even better deals next time!

How do I track my order?

Super easy! Just follow these steps:

a) Log in to your account.

b) Tap on ‘ME.’

c) Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order you want to track.

Boom! You’ll see your order status right there. If it’s already shipped, you’ll also find the tracking number on the same page. Simple as that!

What if I’m not there to collect my order?

No stress! We’ll try delivering three times. If we still miss you, your package will head back to our warehouse. Just stay tuned for updates from us!

How do I cancel my order?

We put a lot of love into curating these pieces, so make sure you’re all in before placing your order!

If you still need to cancel:

• Log in to the Quicq website.

• Go to “ME” and select the order you want to cancel.

• Tap “Cancel Order.”

For prepaid orders: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled!

Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, there’s a shipping fee of ₹90 on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days, including processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary a bit based on your location!

Delivery status says “delivered,” but my package is missing—what now?

First, check with your neighbors, friends, or anyone else who might’ve picked it up for you. Sometimes, it’s just chilling with them!

Next, give it a little time. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive, so check back by the end of the day.

Still missing? Hit up our customer support team within 72 hours, and we’ll help you track it down and sort it out. Don’t worry, we got you covered!

Why is my delivery delayed?

We totally get it! Sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and there might be a slight delay—though it’s super rare, and usually affects a few orders. Sorry for the hiccup! If you can give us just 5-7 more days, we’ll work our magic and get it to you ASAP. We promise, it’ll be worth the wait!

Why did my delivery fail?

A few things could cause the delivery to miss the mark:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• You (or someone else) weren’t available to accept the package

• Restricted delivery area

• No payment made (for COD orders)

• You moved or shifted

 

Note: If the delivery fails 3 times, the order will be cancelled.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We strive to deliver top-quality items, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. To assist us in processing your request, please send a photo of the damaged item to:

What if I receive the wrong item?

We aim to get your order right every time, but if you happen to receive a different item than what you ordered, don’t worry! Just head over to the returns section on our website or click here to raise a return request. We’ll sort it out for you!

How many days do I have to return my order?

You can raise a return request within 5 days from the delivery date.

I requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once your return/exchange request is placed, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup in 2-3 days. After the product arrives at our warehouse (in 7-10 days), it’ll go through a quality check. If everything’s good, we’ll process your refund or exchange request within 72 hours.

Once the replacement is dispatched, it will take another 7-10 working days to reach you.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed 3-5 working days after the return passes QC.

• For COD orders: Refunds will be credited to your Quicq Wallet (no money back, only wallet credits).

• For Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

• A ₹100 reverse shipment fee applies.

• If a coupon was used, the refund will be provided as store credit.

How do I get my refund for discounted items?

If you return an order that was purchased with a discount, the discount will no longer apply. Instead, the products will be billed at their original MRP (full price).

The difference between what you paid and the MRP will be deducted, in addition to Rs.100 (reverse charge), and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit for future purchases.

How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed based on the original payment method:

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days after the return passes QC.

• A ₹100 reverse shipment fee per item will be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.

• If a promotional/coupon code was used, the refund will be provided as store credit.

• For non-promotional purchases, the full amount (after deducting ₹100 per item) will be refunded to your bank account.

If you don’t receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact your bank for further assistance.

How do I get my refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

Once the returned product(s) reaches our warehouse and passes QC, the refund will be credited to your Quicq Wallet within 2-5 working days.

• A ₹100 reverse shipment fee per item will be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.

• No money-back policy for COD orders – refunds will only be provided as store credit in your Quicq Wallet.

• You can track your wallet balance in the Wallet section on our website.

Why is my return request rejected?

Your return request may be rejected for the following reasons:

• The picture you uploaded doesn’t match the product.

• The product is not from Quicq or is outside of our return policy.

• You selected the wrong reason for the return.

• You uploaded a blank or unclear photo.

Make sure to double-check all details to ensure a smooth return process!

• If your order is ₹1000, you can use ₹75 from your Quicq Wallet (even though 40% of ₹1000 is ₹400, the cap is ₹75).

How do I use my Referral Cash?

Super easy! Here’s the lowdown:

1. Add to Cart: Pick out your fave items and add them to your cart.

2. Checkout Vibes: When you’re checking out, your referral cash will automatically kick in.

 

You can use up to 40% of your order total but the cap is ₹75 per order. For example:

• If your order is ₹500, you can use ₹75 from your Quicq Wallet (even though 40% of ₹500 is ₹200, you’ll only get ₹75).

• If your order is ₹1000, you can still use ₹75 (even though 40% of ₹1000 is ₹400, the cap stays at ₹75).
